Gaslight Shop

The Port Erin Gaslight & Aerated Waters Company has its little shop at No.2 Malew Street, Castletown.

The ancient capital of the Isle of Man, Castletown is the perfect setting for a rather quaint, rather old fashioned sort of emporium which has specialised in beautiful and unusual cards and gifts for the past 25 years.

It has a selection of  items which is probably ( in fact certainly ) unique, so it’s probably worth a quick visit if you’re in this neck of the woods.

And all the Manx Knobs varieties are there of course – Casement’s Original, Flying Knobs and Travelling Knobs, plus “Three Socks of Mann” and the great Steam Packet Teatowel. And very much more…
